Groundhog Day is kinda special for me. It's the day, 7 years ago, that my (new) h-band and I started dating. So I can't help but pay attention to the day and that cute little rodent's prediction. Today, it turns out, Phil predicted 6 more weeks of winter. I'm cool with that. The combination of falling in love in the winter and knowing how to bundle properly to withstand the cold makes me quite the fan of this season.
Still, I have warmer weather on the brain, mainly b/c I'll be trekking to Florida later this week to visit my family. With that said, I gotta give props to eco crafty items that are reminiscent of warmth, tropics, etc. This in no way makes me a hater of winter. On the contrary, it's still the best in my book.
